By accessing or using Gorila Tag Arena ("Service," "Platform," "we," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Gorila Tag Arena. Your continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of these Terms and any future modifications.
Eligibility and Account Registration

This license does not include any right to: (a) resell or commercial use of the Service; (b) collection and use of product listings or descriptions; (c) derivative use of the Service or its contents; (d) downloading or copying of account information; or (e) use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools.
User Conduct and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Harassment and Abuse: Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or abusing other users through any means.
Cheating and Exploits: Using unauthorized third-party software, exploits, hacks, or modifications to gain unfair advantages.
Impersonation: Impersonating other users, moderators, or Gorila Tag Arena staff.
Illegal Content: Uploading, sharing, or distributing illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.
System Interference: Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service infrastructure.
Unauthorized Access: Accessing accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
Commercial Exploitation: Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes or advertising.
User-Generated Content and Creator Rights
The Service allows users to create and share custom maps, cosmetic designs, and other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify your content in connection with the Service.
You retain ownership of your User Content but agree that we may use it to operate, promote, and improve the Service. You represent that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or our community guidelines. We are not responsible for User Content and do not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
Creator Revenue and Monetization
Eligible creators may participate in our revenue sharing program for qualifying User Content. Participation requires agreement to additional Creator Terms and meeting specific eligibility criteria.
Revenue sharing is calculated based on engagement metrics and content performance. We reserve the right to modify revenue sharing percentages with 30 days notice. Payments are subject to minimum thresholds and tax compliance requirements.
Creators found engaging in fraudulent activity, artificial inflation of metrics, or violation of Creator Terms will forfeit all revenue and face account termination.
Purchases and Payment Terms
Virtual items, subscriptions, and services are available for purchase through the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes associated with your purchases. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Virtual currency and items have no real-world value and are not redeemable for cash. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual items at any time. Account termination results in forfeiture of all virtual items and currency.
Subscription Services
Subscription services automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods unless required by law. We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gorila Tag Arena and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used without prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property except as explicitly stated.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect users to do the same. We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement consistent with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or damage resulting from your use of the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gorila Tag Arena, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination and Suspension
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules. The arbitrator's decision is final and binding. You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.
This arbitration agreement does not preclude you from bringing issues to the attention of federal, state, or local agencies, which may seek relief on your behalf.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in a state or federal court in New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
Changes to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through email, in-game notifications, or prominent website notice at least 30 days before taking effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you disagree with changes, you must discontinue using the Service.
General Provisions
Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gorila Tag Arena regarding the Service.
Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
